10 Years of IPKKND-Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon

It’s been 10 years.IT’S BEEN 10 YEARS!!!I can’t believe that my favorite childhood show, the show that made my childhood days beautiful, is 10 years old. It now makes me feel like time has flewed. Also it makes me happy that even after 10 years this show is making us feel the same as how it made us feel back then.

I still remember how I came across the show for the first time. I was very bored on that day so I kept switching between the channels to find something really nice to watch. On those days some cable-dish providers gave us the privilege of watching more channels in other languages too for free. So when I was switching between the channels I came across a handsome face of a man and I went aww for that guy who is none other than our beloved Arnav Singh Raizada.Thanks Barun for portraying Arnav very beautiful and gracefully. Only because of you I started watching the show, a very big thanks to you for being the reason for me to start watching the show.

After I started watching the show, I fell in love with the storyline, the characters and all the people portraying them. You guys are gems, I mean usually in a show there will be one or two characters that are loved by the viewers but you are an exception. From the main protagonists to the cameo appearances, you people hold us till the very end of the show.

Speaking of the end, we all were heartbroken when we heard that the show is going off but all good things come to an end right?!

Even After you guys have ended, left us from our television, you were always in our hearts, you guys have permanently marked a place in our hearts that won’t fade away even after many decades. Every time I think of my school days, you guys are inevitable ones in it. I still remember how we used to watch the show and discuss them the next day at school, enacting to those who missed the show the previous day or feeling anxious because something bad happened in the show like when Arnav misunderstands Khushi with Shyam   or reminiscing about the happiest moments that happened.

You guys gave us the happy little bubble within a very short span of time. A very heartfelt thank you guys from us for giving us the show, for making us laugh, smile and even cry with you guys. I remember my mother telling me, “I don’t know why you are goofing and smiling like this while watching this show.” “Ma, you won’t get it”, I used to reply to her. Exactly, others won’t get it that why I’m going all googoo gaagaa over a show. No yaar, this is not just a show, these were my beautiful days that will bring a smile to my face whenever I think of them.
