Five years of Sanam Teri Kasam!


 Sanam Teri Kasam, a romantic tragedy film. This is what I heard about it, when I got to know about the film. Me, after watching the film, "yeah, its indeed a romantic tragedy yaar!!"I'm really surprised that I have missed this movie for so long and been able to watch the movie only a few days back.

The first 40 minutes of the movie put me in a phase "An ordinary bollywood movie that doesn't fulfil the hype, that everyone told me about. Then came the next part of the movie proving me, "Yeah, its all worth it".

Speaking about the characters, Inder and Saru hold us till the end of the movie with their personalities, in their world.

To many of the people it is a dream-like-movie. I'm saying this because not every lover boy in our own life will be there for us, with us till the last moment, like Inder. With all these personas, Inder wins our heart.And yeah, we all yearn for someone like Inder in our lives, right?!

Then Saru, the simple yet beautiful girl, daddy's girl, the girl that everyone of us can relate it to in one way or other. But what grabs our attention is her non-giving up attitude on herself and on people, makes me fall in love with her.

Sanam Teri Kasam-they made us laugh, smile, blush, cry. They made us to laugh with tears when Inder wrote, "Coffee nahi chahiye?! then how about tequila?"  They made us smile during Saru's baalu dance, so sweet of her to help Abhimanyu even its hurting her. We smiled along with them. We blushed seeing Inder shirtless!! And then, they left us with crying when Saru asked, "How much time do I have, doctor? Atleast until my henna fades out...?!". Especially, during Saru's last moments, we can't deny that we were all crying with other characters on the screen.

They not only made us to do things. They also taught us more things. They taught us to never give up on family, never give up on ourselves. They taught us the importance of Sorry and I love you. They taught us that we can't forget but forgive our loved ones for their deeds.

Finally they taught that even when fate brings two people together, destiny has other plans. And, no matter what the plan is, our beloved ones will always reside with us, in our heart.

On top of all these, both Inder and Saru have my heart for their level of understanding each other even without saying anything. "You never asked me why I committed that murder?" "Because you must have killed someone in order to save someone". My god, like who even does that, that degree of understanding. This movie has been loved by many not because of its tragic ending(Yeah, many people always have a thing for sad ending)but for both Inder and Saru Parikar.

So yeah, it's been 5 years to the movie that still make us cry everytime we watch it.

    Best part of this movie is Casting, no one can replace Inder and Saru❤️I felt as if they were real. Best movie I have ever seen and I have seen this for multiple times but each time when I see I feel like as if it is the first time I am watching the movie. Congratulations Great work👏
